Attorney Aaron W. Schenk is a product of Ironwood City, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Although he will always be a "Michigan Man," he proudly considers Northeastern Wisconsin to be his second home and is proud to have started his family here. Prior to starting his own practice, Attorney Schenk was an associate with an aggressive criminal defense firm in Appleton, WI.
Attorney Schenk was also a summer associate with a reputable law firm in Washington D.C., specializing in Federal Indian Law, regarding land-in-trust and gaming issues. During that time, Attorney Schenk was also a self-employed political consultant for various Indian Tribes in Michigan. Attorney Schenk has advocated in the halls of the Michigan State Legislature and the United States Capitol.
During his law school years, Attorney Schenk externed with the Third Judicial Circuit in Detroit, Michigan, one of the busiest and most intense circuit courts in the nation. In direct contrast to that "big city" experience, Attorney Schenk also served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Gogebic County, Michigan (his home county) where he honed his trial and procedural skills.

Attorney Schenk is married to Melissa Schenk and have made their home with their children in Brown County.
